This will be created by us and be fully specific to you, your goal. Whether you prefer a set meal plan or tracking your calories / macros - we will calculate the finer details from our end to make things easier for you - you just have to stick to it.

Weekly Check ins
You will have a designated check in day each week. When your check in day comes around, you will fill out our weekly check in form, attach your progress photos and send it though to us for your weekly feedback.

We will use our private chat for our weekly check ins & any updates related to coaching.
